Lizzie Armanto is the only woman with her name currently on a signature skateboarding shoe-but she didn’t set out to make a women’s skate shoe. Instead, she wanted to provide something else entirely for a wider range of skateboarders whose needs were not being met. So when we set out to create Lizzie’s first signature skateboarding shoe, we listened closely to her and what she needed to progress. The result is our most inclusive shoe to date.

The 3MM Vans Surf Boot is made from 3mm neoprene for cool water and features a split toe design for increased control, dual rubber-dipped construction for warmth and support, and a gusseted top for a nice bootie-to-leg seal. An engineered pull tab that assists entry and a Micro-Waffle rubber outsole for board feel complete the design.

The last one to bed, the first to wake up. That’s Parker Szumowski. He’s the team player, the one that is constantly requested for accompaniment on a street trip or backcountry excursion for the raw energy he adds to the group. Growing up on the waterfront town of Newburyport, Parker learned early on that great things come with hard work, a fact driven home from his days working on a fishing boat off the coast of New Hampshire.
