The 3MM Vans Surf Boot is made from 3mm neoprene for cool water and features a split toe design for increased control, dual rubber-dipped construction for warmth and support, and a gusseted top for a nice bootie-to-leg seal. An engineered pull tab that assists entry and a Micro-Waffle rubber outsole for board feel complete the design.
